Editor's note

Res. No. 667-79, § 4, adopted April 17, 1979, declared that Charter Amend. No. 4 was approved by the electorate on April 10, 1979. Said amendment proposed that Art. IV, § 52 be reserved for future use. Prior to amendment, § 52 pertained to sewers, and was derived from Ch. 26036, Laws of Florida, 1949.
