§ 23. Elector's qualifications.

Latest version.

Any person who has been a resident of Miami Shores Village for six (6) months, who registers in the procedural manner prescribed by general law and the ordinances of Miami Shores Village, and who has qualified as an elector of this state, shall be a qualified elector of Miami Shores Village.
