§ 21. Council number.

The village shall be governed by a council of five qualified electors of Miami Shores Village as hereinafter defined.

Editor's note

The requirement that council members be freeholders was deleted as of doubtful constitutionality. Treatment of holdover members of the council was deleted as obsolete.
