Ord. No. 414.79, § 2, adopted Nov. 6, 1979, amended § 15 by deleting the substantive provisions thereof and reserving said section. Prior to amendment by Ord. No. 414.79, § 15 granted to the village the right and power to establish and set apart separate residential areas or restrictions for members of different races, which provisions were derived from Ch. 26036, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1949.
