There is hereby recreated, confirmed and continued, a municipal corporation in Dade
County, Florida, by and under the name "Miami Shores Village" which henceforth shall
comprise and include the lands in said county hereinafter described, and shall have
the jurisdiction, powers, rights and privileges set forth in this act. Chapters 15689
and 15690, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1931; Chapter 16568, Laws of Florida, Acts of
1933; Chapter 17610, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1935; Chapters 18698, Laws of Florida,
Acts of 1937; Chapters 21402 and 21403, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1941; Chapter 22404,
Laws of Florida, Acts of 1943; Chapters 24715 and 24716, Laws of Florida, Acts of
1947, and all acts affecting said Village, are hereby consolidated and superseded
by this act so that the charter of said Village, and said prior acts, shall be and
read as in this act set forth and enacted.
