§ 4-5. Proximity to each other of package stores for the sale of liquor, for consumption off premises.

No package store liquor license for the sale of liquor, for consumption off premises shall be issued to any person where the place of business designated in the application therefor is within 500 feet of the place of business where a package store liquor license for the sale of liquor, for consumption off premises has previously been issued and is in force and effect, and the method of measurement shall be made by straight line from the main front entrance of the one to the main front entrance of the other.
