§ 19-24. Enforcement of zoning ordinances.

The provisions of this chapter shall not in any manner abrogate any provision of the zoning ordinances of the village, or any other laws or ordinances enacted by the village concerning the use of property located within the village, all of such ordinances and laws shall remain in full force and effect, anything in this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding. The provisions of this chapter shall be cumulative of such zoning laws and ordinances. The planning board shall have the authority and it shall be its duty to enforce the provisions of such zoning ordinances and laws as hereinafter provided.
