§ 17-9. Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of each police officer of Miami Shores Village to require any person seen peddling, soliciting, or canvassing, and who is not known by such officer to be duly permitted, to produce his permit and to otherwise enforce the provisions of this chapter against any person found to be violating the same.
