§ 17-6. Use of permits by other than permittee.

No permit or permit letter issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be used or carried at any time by any person other than the one to whom issued, except that in the case of permits issued to organizations which will employ more than one person to conduct the business of the organization, one permit letter can be issued which will cover all representatives of that organization. Said permit letter must be reproduced by the organization and a copy thereof given to each of its representatives, and each of said representatives shall carry said letter at all times and exhibit same upon demand.
