§ 12-27. Housing surveys.

The code enforcement agency shall be authorized to make surveys in any area of the village designated by the village council to determine the general condition of structures used for human habitation, lack of facilities, unsafe and unsanitary conditions, extent of overcrowding and other relevant factors.
