§ 406. Reduction of plot area so as to provide for smaller yard or open space prohibited.

No plot area shall be reduced or diminished so that the yards or other open spaces thereon will be smaller than prescribed by this ordinance. Any vacant land subject to new construction shall have at least ten percent of the required yard area pervious to rainfall whether by grass, landscaping or other techniques acceptable to the director of planning and zoning.
